Ciao a tutti,
I no sure where I get this but I have recipe many year. This make good starter an for light lunch. I serve with some toast Focaccia and lemon mayonnaise.
You need -
500g Tiger prawn white crab meats.
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
100 ml double cream
2 - 3 tbsp flour
Fresh parsley and mint for taste
Salt and pepper
Olive oil for fry.

Method -
- Chop crab an Tiger prawn finely mix with finely chopped onion, melted butter, egg, cream, chopped fresh flat leaf parsley an mint, salt and pepper.
- Stir in flour to make firm mixture. Make into balls.
- Heat olive oil in a fry pan an put balls inside.
- Fry the fishballs over medium heat to prevent them from burning before they are done. Cook until gold brown all round.
- Toast Focaccia and drizzle little Olive oil.
- Put large spoon Lemon Mayonnaise for dip.
