Meatballs
500gm pork mince
3cm ginger - minced
3 garlic cloves - minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp msg (optional)
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
2 tsp sesame oil
Stir Fry
1 Tbls neutral oil
1 onion
1 stick celery
1 capsicum (any colour)
1 carrot
*any extra greens - beans, zucchini, broccoli
1 small can chopped pineapple in juice.
Sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 Tbls rice wine vinegar
1 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice (from the can)
1 Tbls corn flour
Mix together meatball ingredients, giving the mixture a good bash to get the proteins sticky then roll into balls about of about 2cm
Mix all your sauce ingredients in a small jug.
Peel and slice veg into chunks
Brown meatballs and remove to a plate.
Get pan hot, Stir fry veg in oil for a minute
Add sauce, stirring
Add pineapple pieces
Add meatballs back in.
Stir and simmer together for 2 minutes.
Serve with rice or if low carbing, serve with slaw.
