Gee, this looks to be a one good wine that is designed for cooking (my perception only). I would love to try this recipe sometime when I have time because the ingredients are readily available here. That's the reason why I ignore most recipes because of the inavailability of the ingredients. However, the waiting time of 18 months is quite long for me so maybe I will just look around in the wine store and buy. We have a schedule for that this coming December to buy wines for gifts.
