Does anyone have a higher quality brand of poultry shears they really like? I've never been happy with the cheap ones we've bought.
SandwichShortOfAPicnic also has a pair of these and loves them.
I think mine were $24 but that's okay since the last pair of shears I bought works out to around $1/year for the last 20 years or so.I think I paid £18 for mine. I see the red ones are currently even less than that.

I actually have this beast that I've been using as my poultry shears. At least, it will spatchcock a chicken easier than my crappy shears. They don't have mine available anymore. It was a single knife. It's called a boning knife. They have knife sets now. Amazon “Prime Days” are coming in a few days (October 8-), maybe I'll get the shears.
This is my knife. If you are in the market, this brand is FANTASTIC.

I have the Wusthof classic shears…I don’t care for those at all, and I generally like their stuff. Most of my knives are Wusthof. It's cheaper than the All Clad and Wusthof shears I had been looking at, too. Hmmm...
