I haven't watched the cooking channel for ages. Rachel was one of the reasons, She is an entertainer, not a cook. She has a good staff I assume. I liked Mario Batali. He was a cook, not an entertainer.

We mainly had bbc as cooking channel.
I liked some, disliked some others
Likes were Rick Stein, Anthony Bourdain, Keith Floyd and sometimes those 2 okes on motor bikes. And Saturday kitchen.
Loads of dislikes, but erased those from memory

My FIL likes to watch Giada. I'm not sure if he likes her cooking technique or recipes, but he does like to look at her. I doubt he knows who Rachel is, he has a type and she's not it.
