Red, orange, yellow, green...

Red 99% of the time, love red, all my cars and trucks have been red. Venom red actually. A ford colour.
My wife buys what's there.

Red and/or green. I cannot say why. Maybe it is because they are the most prevalent.

Right now, as I am avoiding supermarkets, it's mostly green, since that's what the local store carries.​

Normally, I love the other three best. Probably orange most of all.​

BTW, there are also purple bell peppers. I've only ever seen them at farmers markets. They're a lighter green on the inside, and have a delicate flavor. I've used them in salads.

Also I have run into a semi striated bell pepper - red and green. Fun!

Depends of course on what I’m making.

The yellow & orange are available here but the red & green are far more prevalent, not surprising as they are the same, the red is just riper.

My inlaws only ever use green. Raw in salads for preference.
I use both, cooked and raw.

I can't recall the last time I didn't get a pack like this when I wanted to use sweet peppers. The voting only allowed 2 votes, otherwise I would have picked red, yellow, and orange.

I love those packs. The seeds and pith are minimal. Smaller peppers are sweet. What's not to love?

I think orange are usually best. They are milder, sweeter, and somehow peppier. But I like them all.

I'm sure I read somewhere that orange peppers contains more beneficial nutrients than other peppers.
