Roasted Brusels sprouts

Glad it turned out for you. if you undercook brussels they can tend to be a bit bitter. over cook and they get a burnt flavor. but sounds like you got it just right. I like to toss mine (any veggie I am roasting) in a little olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, toss to coat and them roast for grill
 
Sprouts are best blanched and then either sautéed or finished in the oven,with lardons of pancetta and chestnuts as a Christmas theme
 
Well I've never roasted any. I honestly don't see them a lot around here. It's the kind of thing you get only in the major Supermarkets. That said I won't be opposed to trying the roasting. On my own I'd me more in favour of Berties method.
