When people get to know me before they meet Mr SSOAP they assume he's going to be (for want of a better way of saying it) a mild person whose personality will be dominated by mine.
When they meet Mr SSOAP before me they assume exactly the opposite, that I'll be dominated by him.
It's always very entertaining over a period of time they become confused and can't work out our dynamics. Quite often I'll be asked who's in charge or "how do you control him" which always makes me laugh because you can't control a force of nature and I wouldn't even try, we have only ever encouraged each other to do the things that make us happy. The rest of it we've never worked out and realised we don't need to, being equal brings great satisfaction and strength to proceedings.
Soz I know no-one was asking I just think it's interesting the way people approach these things, always thinking there must be a dominant partner.
But I'm sure
JAS_OH1 if Mr SSOAP was commenting he'd say we do both own each other pretty well
Anyway, way off topic so I'll do a serious swerve back -
Iām thinking my next sarnie from the Maxās Sandwich Shop book will be the āBhaji Smugglerā this is bhajis, a coriander chilli nut chutney (mixed with plain yoghurt), lime pickled onions, parsley and mint, spinach, London mix (like bomaby mix but finer), and for the wheat eaters focaccia bread.
This is what Iām aiming for -

Unlike Maxās sandwich shop I wonāt be making all the elements from scratch. Iāll buy the focaccia, the bhajiās, the replacement for London mix but make the lime pickled onions and the coriander chilli nut chutney.
Due to allergies Iāll be using pine nuts for the chutney, gathia instead of London mix and coconut yoghurt instead of dairy but all of those changes should step it up not down

I just checked the ingredients and with the changes it makes this vegan which is a nice bonus.
