Ingredients:
seabass
potatoes
organic orange
bay
salt
pepper
EVOO

Method:
Clean the sea bass by removing the entrails and scratching the scales with a knife.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Put everything together in a baking pan covered with baking paper, add the bay into pieces and the orange peel, making sure that there is not the white skin that is bitter, salt, pepper and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then uncover and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
In the meantime prepare an emulsion with orange juice, EVOO, salt, pepper and emulsify with a blender.

Wow .. Beautiful ..

Like the orange and Evoo marinade or as you call it, an emulsifyer ..
Than k you @Francesca
I hope I understand the question. It is not marinated but simply a sauce with orange juice, oil and salt that I used to season the sea bass once cooked salsa.jpg
I put the orange peels instead under the seabass and inside during cooking

Good Evening ..

Yes, I understand. It is a "sauce" .. Fresh squeezed Orange Juice, Evoo, Salt and put the orange peels under and inside while baking the fish ..

Truly a lovely recipe .. I am going to prepare this ..

Thank you for posting and have a lovely evening ..
