Show me your breakfast (2024)

For several days in the week, last or the week before the last, I had these 'crackers' made of ground sunflower seeds (1 cup) and 3/4 cup spelt flour and water, for breakfast. The taste is lovely, I was surprised. I usually bake a batch on a Sunday and it would last me several days.

I have a real weakness for crackers, and those look delicious.

I have to laugh - this breakfast place uses four large eggs to make their omelettes. I just walked by a kid who ordered one, and he’s picked it up with his hands and is eating it like a burrito. :laugh:
