Show us your breakfast (2025)

Publix advertises it but nada when you get to the store... ☹️
Ask the department manager! I've gotten it at Publix as well ... just sayin'
Better than Poi ;)
I'd take day old (even three day old) Poi with a big pinch of Hawaiian Sea Salt every day of the week over rice, if I could ... Poi I CAN NOT get, so whenever we go home, I'm on it!! DH hates the stuff

That's odd! I could find taro in the Mexican stores in Las Vegas. Perhaps try a more culture distinct grocer than Trader Bob's?

Yeah, I can get Poi when we're in Las Vegas, but that's not been often lately.
As far as "cultural" here in AZ, it's limited, at least outside of Phoenix and I HATE going there.

Ask a manager to order some, then buy a bunch and freeze. They have it here for the northeasters I guess. Can't stand the stuff personally, but I don't like Spam either.

Or, check at the deli. They have the huge rolls of Hebrew National salami all the time, but don't always have the chubs in with the baloney, etc, processed meat case.

Breakfast burritos with leftover bacon from spinach salad, scrambled eggs and American cheese. Too messy to cut in half, so no picture since it would just be the folded tortilla. Made little parchment jackets for Craig's 2 since he can't seem to manage to eat without a mess. Worked quite well.

Right Barriehie ! I have seen in other states that you can find Taylor Pork Roll in the deli meat case. Those HUGE chubs that they'll slice for you. Also pre-sliced and packaged with the other lunch meats.
