Interesting! No way could I find any of that in NW Georgia/lower Appalachia. I liked the link to cooking the soya chunks. I can get those at the Mexican market for like $2/lb.

Yeah, could probably find tamarind somewhere around here but not the others.
Fascinating. The first fruits on the list (masau) look remarkably like our semeruco, except they're a different colour.
