And just made us an oversized, overstuffed American omelet. This one has Italian sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onions, spinach, gouda, fontina, goat cheese, and cheddar.

Looks like it needs more provolone, ham, leeks, spinach, potato, peppers, salami, scallops and tomatoes. :happy: :happy:
I know you're joking, but it's already got spinach in it. I don't like salami and didn't have any ham, peppers, leeks (it already had onion anyway) or provolone. I don't think potatoes or tomatoes would work well and I did have scallops on hand but don't think they go well with sausage.

Sunday Brunch
What I'm calling a Breakfast Skillet: Crisp Hash Browns topped with protein of the cook's digression (Ham cubes in this case), diced Sweet Bell Pepper, chopped Green Onion and melty Cheese of the diners choice - all piled on top the Potatoes. All cooked in rendered Bacon grease that I always have on hand.
The beverage is to order.
