Not sure where to post this but here is some salt I smoked while doing up
Some Kasselar for the shop. It is a box of French Sea Salt we sell. Smoked salt is selling well here, so I thought I would make our own to sell. Probably package t in small 3 ounce containers.

I love smoked salt and use quite a bit of it. I always get Halen Mon (Anglesey Salt) as it is made on the Menai Straits about five miles from our daughter's Anglesey house. They do a variety of other salt flavours as well.

I made some once, and it didn't really seem to add much to the finished dish, the smoke flavor got kind of lost.
 
Seriously though...
Smoked salt is great as a finisher; sprinkle some on what you´ve just prepared and you get the smoky bit.
I don´t think I´d actually cook with it.
