Ingredients
  • 200 grams Butter (melted)
  • 100 grams Flour
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 50 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 10 grams Ovalet (1 TSP Full)
  • 5 Eggs
  • 190 ml Chocolate - Flavored Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Strawberry Jam (to taste)
  • Prepare a square size baking dish, grease with butter first
Methods
1. Whisk the eggs, sugar, ovalet on high speed. Then put the flour, chocolate - flavored sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder. Mix it well until fluffy.
2. Add in the melted butter and mix it well. After that pour the batter into the baking dish.
3. Steamed the batter for 30 minutes until it well cooked. Lift it up and cooled.
4. Unmold the cakes and divide into two parts. Spread one of the cake sides with strawberry jam, then stack with the other side of spongy steamed chocolate cake.

And finally Spongy Chocolate Steamed Cake is ready to be served
