Katsu just means using panko crumbs?
I don't think I used panko crumbs for the chicken fried Spam. And that was the only time I've breaded Spam.

PAcanis , yes I used Panko Crumbs and prepped the thick-ish slices of Spam® as you would Tonkatsu and shallow fried them.
