I've often been told that fruit and nuts are the best possible options that you can go for as a "go-to diet" if you ever were searching for one.
I've heard of persons who have eaten a diet that consisted solely of fruit and nuts, but I've never really been a big fan of "strict diets", or anything even too closely related to veganism, lol (not to fight anyone who is actually a vegan or vegetarian. I've eaten some good vegan food!).
But, over the years, I've been told that these persons, who ate only things like dried fruits and a wide variety of nuts and seeds, had a smaller/flatter stomach and overall fitter and healthier looking appearance, and a very active metabolism.
So, what I'd really like to know is how true or effective this diet is!
Has anyone tried this diet or known of someone who has before?
What were your/their results like?
Did you or they experience a significant change, or did you prefer your predominantly carnivorous diet?
Let me know if you would!
