Thai fruits (previously Purple Mangosteen)

Jackfruit.

Didn't know you had those. They are much favoured by vegans and also in Carribbean cooking because the flesh can be cooked in a savoury sauce and 'pulled' as in pulled pork'. I can't get fresh but have tinned which I'm intending to try out. Something for you to try, perhaps?

Rambutans at many roadside stalls today. There are 3 kilos here, U$1.00/kg.

Dragon fruit ((khow mangorn) is now coming into season. These four were Bht 20.00 (about 45 pence).

Just for information, the shot of the cut dragon fruit was polarised 100%. There was extensive glare without; particularly on the left half.

Guava (when my wife cuts one up I'll get another shot).

I certainly prefer the hard(ish) shadows.
