Well done to everyone who has entered so far - there are some terrific looking entries. Just under 2 days until the close of the competition at the time I'm typing this. Note that I will not be allowing further time extensions as I've got quite a bit on my (personal) plate at the moment having just been pretty much off grid for a week, so things are quite backed up, so if you're still planning to put in an entry do take note!

Ahh, bummer, I've got all the stuff to make my entry but I'm working tomorrow and probably won't have time to both put it together and write it up by the deadline on Saturday (midnight UK time is 7PM here I think). Ah well, lots of nice entries, good luck everyone!

Type it up anyway. Your recipes are epic. I save them for when I have a day to spend in the kitchen. Xxx

OK I've totted everything up and the winning dish is Recipe - Sardines & tenderstem broccoli with orange, chilli & ginger sauce from Morning Glory. Congratulations! You had so many stunning creations that it was hard to choose, but this one (and coincidentally your first entry) emerged as my favourite.

This was not a one horse race though, far from it. All the entries had something unique and inspiring but I will also like to give honorable mention to medtran49's Recipe - Parmigiano crusted cauliflower with agliata sauce which I thought was very interesting and tasty-looking.

Morning Glory over to you for the next challenge!
