The CookingBites recipe challenge: chocolate

Understood, but neither chocolate, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or that sort of thing have any appeal to me, yet the irony of living in Chocolatetown, USA doesn't fall upon me without notice. A neighbor likes to walk over, though, with chocolate martinis on the weekends, which I don't exactly turn down.
Ah, but she was pointing out savory dishes.

So...
You can enter the chocolate martini :)
Drinks are allowed

I don't have a sweet tooth either, but I have used very dark chocolate (cooking chicolate) in boeuf bourgignon and it really added depth.
For this challenge, I am leaning towards Mexican

I don't like chocolate either but it can really be a great ingredient in meat and other savoury based dishes. It adds a depth of flavour which doesn't actually taste of chocolate The obvious example is chilli, but I'm looking at a few other ideas. Plus I have an idea for a savoury egg dish which is classic French cooking.

I tried real chocolate before and very much disliked it. Very bitter. I've been spoiled by milk chocolate.

I was thinking amaretto chocolate cheesecake, but then I remembered I already submitted it for the cream cheese challenge.

I’m wondering if this will be a problem as the amount of time I’ve been on the forum grows - I will have already submitted all my good recipes to the challenge and have to come up with new ones!
