Last one from me:

Recipe - Chocolate Pound Cake

I can’t really say much, as this is getting popped into the freezer until Thanksgiving (it’ll also get the glaze at that point), so it may be delicious, or it may taste like onions and vinegar, idk! 😉

You’ll just have to make it and see.

ETA: Almost forgot me pics!

Need a cut slice photo!

I'm seriously stuck between 2 recipes, I mean seriously! Going to have to think about this, maybe even do a blind drawing, that's how bad I'm stuck.

No rush.

If it comes down to it you could choose the one by the member who hasn't won so recently.

Thank you medtran49 for being such a great judge. Your comments on each recipe are much appreciated.

Its true I don't like winning, but that is simply because I like to enter. Entering the challenge gives me hours of pleasure devising new recipes.

Z-Cook, I thought your entry had winner written all over it (even though I'm not a fan of sweet stuff). You really deserved that win. Congratulations! :bravo::dance:

Its now over to you to choose the next ingredient and become judge for the next round. As usual, its best to choose an ingredient which is fairly accessible in all our various countries. It doesn't matter if you choose an ingredient which has gone before so long as it wasn't too recently. A list of all ingredients chosen is here in date order and here in alphabetical order.

If you want to, you can 'float' an idea for the next ingredient in this thread or if in doubt DM me or another moderator for advice.

Thanks medtran49 for being a knowledgeable and worthy judge.

Thanks Morning Glory for your great recipes and cooking instincts. I will be making your Daube de Boeuf. You're a force of nature!

And not least, thanks to absolutely everyone on here for being so knowledgeable and welcoming.
