The CookingBites recipe challenge: eggs

Must be funny etc
Don't know about elsewhere but quail eggs are not a common shoppng item this way, unlike the UK where they're popular and adorable. Seeing them at Waitrose for £4 something/doz and here on Amaz for almost $19 something. Pretty steep. 🍏

Still have turkey eggs left. OH thought they were good but other than size not a lot of difference - kind of like the duck egg difference.

Really good collection of recipes going on - didn't want to comment too much until closer to the deadline and thought I'd go around the recipes and check out more. I'm thinking I might have to put names in a hat as there are so many good ones!

And fwiw if anyone wants a bit of extra time over the weekend - as the deadline is Saturday night - I'm fine with that if mods are ok. Weekend time is often good for people with busy weekdays.
