Prior to or after consumption! If it's after then you need a healthier gut...

Its a seed so its a spice. Just remember that a herb is the leaf, stem or flower of an aromatic plant. If its not one of those it isn't a herb.

I’m learning a lot about herbs as a work my way through the ingredients of a recipe that I made. It was what I wanted to post in the pepper challenge, but I got sidetracked for reasons that I will post elsewhere.

Pizza Seasoning

I saw a bunch of chatter on other Social Media sites about this recipe a few years back and thought we'd give it a shot...

This will amp up any store bought frozen Pizza, well that and some extra cheese never hurts. I've been using this homemade mix for some time now.

You can use either a Spice Grinder

using quick-short pulses to keep it more on the chunky side of things

or a Pestle & Mortar and then whisk everything together in a bowl

I have a surplus of Spice jars, but a Mason Jar would work here just peachy swell.
