How about Lamb.
Not sure if there's a vegan/vegetarian substitute.

I love lamb with garlic and lemon. But would love to see other options.

The alphabetical list is here. Lamb hasn't been chosen before. I think because it's not really that popular in the US and it's quite expensive in the UK. Not sure if easily available at all in Zambia where badjak Is. Or in Singapore, where vernplum is. In Europe it should be available.

Difficult to find a vegan substitute really but as we only currently have one active vegan member who is currently away from home that may not be such an issue.

I love lamb by the way but I think we will get very few entries if that is the ingredient. I could be wrong...

Wow. Soz I didn't realise my efforts to the thread didn't mean anything and it was only open for comment to "members who might enter really"

It seems there are some positive responses to lamb.
Maybe I'll wait to see if anyone else weighs in before I can the lamb.
