I’m not sure what your landing page is when you first log in while using your phone (I use the lightening bolt icon and jump straight to new posts), but you need to make sure you’re on the main page:

Sadly, I won't be adding this to the contest. This is an insanely delicious plate of baby goat at an Athens eatery in 2019:

They slipped an extra ingredient that wasn't mentioned on the menu: salmonella! I was sick the next day as the baby goat got revenge on me, but it was totally worth it!

No...this is a challenge loaded with quality even though the quantity isn't massive. To me, this is what the recipe challenge is all about: it challenges us to step outside our comfort zone. I just wish I had more time to find a good cut of lamb and prepare it before the challenge ends. But, you've put this ingredient on my radar. Combining that with the terrific recipes I've seen posted, I have a lot of delicious meals ahead of me now with an ingredient I normally wouldn't use. Thank you for that.

msmofet was gracious enough to extend the deadline to Sunday for me, but maybe she'd be okay with adding a few more days? How much extra time do you need? It wouldn't hurt to ask.

Thanks for mentioning that. I do appreciate it. Please keep the deadline where it is now. I do want to check a local butcher shop today, but it should be on me whether or not I can make the deadline.

Well I almost wanted to laugh at that a little, because I have been semi-retired for awhile now and I am still amazed at how quickly time passes. I believe MG has a few more she would like to submit as well, so maybe she wouldn't mind having a few more days also.

One thing I never have liked about the deadlines is that the end time is on UK time, which is early evening here. I wish it was midnight USA EST. I get that the forum is UK based, though, and that's why it's set up like that.
 
I wouldn't mind extending the deadline. I have things going on in my life, so I don't mind at all. How many more days are needed?
