I have a question that is driving me “nuts”.. 
Are chestnuts considered nuts? I mean, they technically have shell but I am not so sure…

They are definitely nuts. Peanuts however are not!

Now a new one comes to mind: why peanuts are not nuts?
They are legumes (bean family): This link has a picture which demonstrates it. They grow underground.

It's almost 1pm here and I've got the ingredients identified, but not prepped.
In a very short while, my wife will be back with all the ingredients to make hallacas, which means all Hell will break loose in the kitchen, so can we please have an extension? Perhaps until next Friday?
