The kicker is, DH has a cardio doc appointment and he still can't drive, plus I don't trust him to ask the questions that need answers to.

Chill a used tea bag, black/orange peko, and use it for 20 minutes. Press it on there.
 
Another life lesson learned today:
DH ordered multiple sweatshirts online in multiple colors.
I opened the box when it arrived this afternoon, asked him to try them on for size ... all of them!
Different colors, any multiples for that matter, can be different... did he do what I asked him to do?
NO!
He tried one on, "we're good to go"
Okay
Into the laundry basket they went and got laundered...
I'm folding them all up to be put away and ... wait for it! ... one has a huge hole in it and one is a Men's SMALL!
Now, if you think that my DH who is over 6 foot tall wears a size small ANYTHING ... well, that parts okay, it fits MOI!!!
The one with the hole will be mended and taken to the charity shop to be donated
🤷‍♀️

Gotta hate it when products play a blinder :ohmy:

I'm allergic to dogs cats and horses (I can't even walk downwind of a horse).
One year a then boyfriend turned up - he'd used a no-frizz hair product (his hair was on the longer side and curly). Well ... I reacted to him as if he was a cat or a horse. That was the last time he used that if he was seeing me :laugh:
 
Yesterday I discovered a feature in on the iPhone I didn’t know was there so I thought I should share, I’m sure android will have the same thing.

I took a photo of the pasta salad I made and as I put the phone down I accidentally touched a little ‘i’ icon (see circled twice in green below) and “look up Food” appeared, I tapped it and it told me what it thought it might be (see safari results on the pic).
It was surprisingly close.

Could be useful if you see something you like the look of but don’t know what it is, AI will do the search for you at one tap.

and heres what it suggested it might be, obviously AI struggles to know from a pic whats hot and whats cold 🤷‍♀️

I’m guessing as it says “Look up Food” in bold it will offer to look up anything you’ve photographed.

It’ll also do that with flowers and tree leaves all that, bugs of all sorts as well, I think. It’s very handy when I see a plant I like, I can just snap a quick pic and it tells me exactly what it is (or what it thinks it is, at least).

I paid for an app to do that a few years ago, I wonder if I can get a refund? 😝
