Turns out the bacon crisper rack is not really necessary, if you have a trivet that is high set then that will work fine (better in fact).I can't find that crisping rack.
Most of my curves are the result of bacon.because of the bacons curves.
And aren't they worth every biteMost of my curves are the result of bacon.
I think normal may be the low setting and more is the high setting. Low is more keep warm temperature not for cooking.
My instant pot slow cooks pretty well. I’d check out what the temps are if my instant read thermometer hadn’t just bitten the dust!
That's "Keep Warm". I was talking about the slow cook mode. Slow cook mode High setting is the same as a regular slow cooker Low setting. It will take longer.I recall measuring the temps when we were doing something with eggs...

I DID get a few accessories for mine, but I somehow missed this one. With the Ninja Foodi (their instant pot) there was a ‘crisper rack’ which I decided to give a whirl today to cook bacon.
This is their stock photo

I didn’t look at the pic until AFTER I put my bacon in over one rack only, rather than the two they show
So 16 slices in one hit rather than the 8
It turned out well anyway which surprised me. 11 mins on air fry and no mess for me to clean up.
I appreciate you can do the same in an oven or frying pan but just plonking the pot and rack in the dishwasher with no other cleaning up to do was lovely.

The bacon was curlier but better than I expected.
I will definitely be cooking it this way when the weather gets hot.
