There are multiple shapes of pasta. Some are better suited than others to particular dishes. Do you have a pasta shape you use more than others?
Yeah. They look pretty don't they? But I don't like them if the centre part is too 'al dente'. Its a slight problem with that shape as the middle is denser.Bow tie noodles
