...to enter the cookingbites recipe challenge. The featured ingredient is Mushrooms. To date, we have 13 entries from 7 members which may be a record! Its not too late to enter a recipe. It need not be your own. You can just cut and paste the recipe under Vegetables and Mushrooms (but please give the source). All the better if its your own recipe!

I noticed that we haven't had any recipe featuring dried mushrooms - which are a wonderful thing!

Thanks for the reminder! I have entered one famous recipe from the land of Punjab -Kadai Mushroom. It's one of my favorite dishes, so I thought of sharing the recipe with all.
