Recipe Tinned Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
  • 1 can, 15 oz., of salmon
  • 2 eggs (I had large but I think 2 medium would work better.)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 diced green onion
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup of panko bread crumbs. Might need more depending on how wet the fish is.
Method
Combine everything well and then let rest for 20 minutes. Fry with just enough oil to keep from sticking and just hot enough to brown. Cook covered.
