It all sounds exhausting to me.

It’ll be tiring, yes, but I have only so many days to work with, and MrsT desperately wants to visit her hometown this summer.

Oh, and I’m apparently now getting off the cruise ship in Mexico in order to eat some chocolate.

DH kept asking me yesterday what I wanted for my birthday... "you gave it to me already! A month long stay back home in Hawaii, I'm good."

It all sounds exhausting to me. My idea of a holiday is to go somewhere and stay there (ideally by the sea in the UK and preferably in self catering so there is more than just one room), cook with local produce and eat out at seafood restaurants or fine dining restaurants. No itinerary. Just potter about or sit on a balcony looking at the sea.
