Instructions:
  1. Sieve the flour into a large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle
  2. Pour the milk and water in the middle and add the yeast into the wet ingredients
  3. Gently mix and dissolve the yeast in the luke warm water & milk
  4. Add the salt to the edges of the bowl, avoiding early contact with the yeast
  5. Slowly incorporate flour from the edges into the middle and mix until a sticky dough forms
  6. Knead for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth but still slightly sticky
  7. Cover and let it rest and rise for 1 hour at room temperature
  8. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape the pieces into balls
  9. Work the balls with your palms into smooth balls and cover them with a damp towel
  10. Roll the doughs into 15 cm wide and 1/2 cm thick circle shapes
  11. Cover the doughs with a towel and let them rest for 15 minutes for a quick rise
  12. Heat up a pan (preferably cast iron or steel) on medium heat
  13. Cook the breads regularly flipping over, until puffed and golden on each side for 2 - 3 minutes for each side
  14. Transfer the baked breads on to a towel and cover if you want them to be softer
