Pillowy Soft and Easy Turkish Flatbread
Ingredients:
- 500 g flour
 - 1 cup water (200 ml)
 - 3/4 cup luke warm milk (150 ml)
 - 2 tsp salt
 - 25 g fresh (wet) yeast or 2 tsp dry yeast

Instructions:
- Sieve the flour into a large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle
 - Pour the milk and water in the middle and add the yeast into the wet ingredients
 - Gently mix and dissolve the yeast in the luke warm water & milk
 - Add the salt to the edges of the bowl, avoiding early contact with the yeast
 - Slowly incorporate flour from the edges into the middle and mix until a sticky dough forms
 - Knead for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth but still slightly sticky
 - Cover and let it rest and rise for 1 hour at room temperature
 - Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape the pieces into balls
 - Work the balls with your palms into smooth balls and cover them with a damp towel
 - Roll the doughs into 15 cm wide and 1/2 cm thick circle shapes
 - Cover the doughs with a towel and let them rest for 15 minutes for a quick rise
 - Heat up a pan (preferably cast iron or steel) on medium heat
 - Cook the breads regularly flipping over, until puffed and golden on each side for 2 - 3 minutes for each side
 - Transfer the baked breads on to a towel and cover if you want them to be softer
