FIRST LAYER
- 1 ⅔ cups Peanuts
- 1 ¾ Cups Oatmeal
- a pinch Salt
- 1/2 Cups Vegan Chocolate Pudding
- 1 cup Coconut Flakes
- 2 tsp Beet powdered sugar
- 1/8 cup Coconut Cream
- 4 tbsp Cocoa
- 1/8 cup Coconut oil
- 2 tsp Beet powdered sugar
- First toast the oatmeal and crush the toasted peanuts
- In a container we mix the two
- Add the Vegan Chocolate Pudding and mix well
- Put the mixture in small individual molds or in a large mold and tamp with a teaspoon
- Let the molds rest in the fridge for at least 10 minutes
- In a container, put the coconuts flakes with the beet powdered sugar and mix
- Add the coconut cream and mix well
- Add the coconut mixture on the first layer and tamp with a teaspoon and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes
- Melt the coconut oil and mix it with the beet powdered sugar and cocoa
- Add the third layer and refrigerate 10 minutes before unmolding
