Tornado watch is over with now it's a flood warning. I think it's all done now.

I gave that a like, but that’s sort of saying, “All the black widows are gone…they were eaten by the giant rattlers. We’re good!”Tornado watch is over with now it's a flood warning. I think it's all done now.![]()
In all actuality I'm glad it rains here. It comes with hazards at times but it's possible to grow your food. In Nevada the forcasts are like:I gave that a like, but that’s sort of saying, “All the black widows are gone…they were eaten by the giant rattlers. We’re good!”
Your weather really does bounce around! That would drive me batty.I'm cold.
The cold front has arrived and is gone from being 39°C to 14°C.
I'm watering the veg plot in the hopes it will rain!
Yep, that's a good excuse and I may stick to it.Your weather really does bounce around! That would drive me batty.![]()
Wow that is arctic AC! We set ours to 78F/26C in the daytime during summer heat which is pretty comfortable, but we generally have very low humidity which helps. We had 117f/44c days last summer.I can't do it without air conditioning. The A/C is set at 17C, which for me is arctic blast. That guarantees that (a) the mosquitoes disappear and (b) I don't get overwhelmed by the heat. A decent fan also works perfectly.
You have insane temperature swings!Yep, that's a good excuse and I may stick to it.
We're due single figures this coming week!
I don't miss that at all... Have fun....

That’s what we had here - what I’d call heavy flurries and bitterly cold winds. The sun finally made an appearance this morning, but by afternoon, we had snow squalls with 50 mph gusts, so once again I got to chase my trash cans down the street.
