I’m gonna have to try that out. Usually a shorter rake makes it easier but I accept not all brooms fly the same. It's slightly more tricky to steer.
But the advantage is that you can have cookies while flying![]()

That's a nifty idea!I've been thinking of getting these for a few years now. Would help with gingerbread cookies, sugar cookies or any other roll goods. Maybe an early Christmas gift to myself.

I'm thinking uniform thickness rolled cookies.I saw one of those adjustable rolling pins in a youtube video.
They seem perfect. Especially for someone like myself who has used a rolling pin maybe a dozen times in my life and two of those were in the past 30 days. That would certainly take the guesswork out.
Do you go by hand or use a pasta machine?I'm thinking when I rolled the pie dough out for that Italian pastry and had no idea I rolled it out too thin the first time.
I need some training wheels so I don't get carried away.
You use a pasta machine for pie crust?Do you go by hand or use a pasta machine?
I got a hand cranked one (that doesn't require a broom stick)
I got it mounted in place, so I use it for a lot of things that require rolling out doughYou use a pasta machine for pie crust?

Ah, now I understand the appeal to the thing...I have a similar thing, it has different thickness silicone bands to place on the ends.
It is good. The only downside I’ve found is if you want to roll a piece of dough wider than the rolling pins width between your discs/bands you can’t.
So the length of the rolling pin matters.
Is it the Joseph Joseph one? If so the name is Duo.I got my Jo Jo Duo peeler today.
I'm a little bummed. Or dense. I'm not understanding how to get a regular peel?
According to the Amazon description:
"Julienne Peeler, Vegetable Kitchen Peeler and Potato-Eye Remover,"
I'm not sure if this was supposed to come with another blade or what?
What makes this a duo peeler if it only peels julienne style?
