It's SandwichShortOfAPicnic fault I got the Joseph Joseph thing but I'm glad I did; it works well. The other items were to bump it up to free shipping. I can't believe I bought a biscuit book but glad I did. It's as full of ideas as Max's Sandwich Book.

They're very functional. Just flexible enough on the end to have good scraping angles and sturdy too.

I like that they are one piece. And they are great at getting in and cleaning out cans. Especially small, narrow tomato paste cans.

For tomato paste cans I open both ends, toss one end, and push the remaining end through the can.

I just bought some All Clad pans - 10" Nonstick Stainless Steel skillet, 12" Nonstick Stainless Steel, and a 3 Qt Nonstick Stainless Steel sauté pan, I am switching to induction so I've slowly been replacing the Anodized Calphalon pans that I have.
I was thrilled to find them on sale. I've been watching the prices on Home and cook sales website (seconds and Package damage) via their emails since January of 2023. Of course I made an excel spreadsheet to track the prices. They've been going up and up. But last week they came down considerably.
I paid $87 each (includes tax) for the 12" skillet and 3 Qt sauté pan and $76 for the 10" skillet.
