What’s the weirdest but tastiest topping you’ve ever had on pizza?

it was essentially very thin crust style with a spattering of something reddish on it . . . grated whitish bits scattered around.
our host mentioned it as being 'standard Dutch pizza' (Utretch area)
not bad - just quite quite "plain"
 
it was my native Dutch host declaring the dish as presented for consumption "is a typical Dutch pizza"
whatever they meant.
They probably weren't fluent in English enough to really express themselves well.

There's no such thing as a Dutch pizza, I think they just meant that it's a kind of pizza commonly eaten in the NL.
