I know that store. It's a Dutch Italian sandwich shop with mediocre stuff. But a lot of it. I guess big portions make it Dutch, as the Dutch want to feel like they got a lot for little money. That the flavor is mediocre often doesn't matter as much as the amount.
So Dutch pizza probably means 'big cheap pizza'.
