What are these condiments being used?

Looks like something badjak or vernplum should have a stab at guessing.

I’d guess mustard and the gloopy bread sauce is something sweet n spicy like a sweet chilli 🤷‍♀️

Edit: Is Moss still in Korea, send him the address and he can do a taste test n ask for us 😂

Dang I should have gone there (I'm back home now).

The thinnish reddish sauce squirted on the bread looks like Thai sweet chili sauce. Koreans have a similar sauce called Cho-Gochujang so it might be that?

Try This Spicy and Sweet Korean Chogochujang Dipping Sauce

I make a dressing using kimchi base (quite spicy) and honey for a seafood salad we are having tonight coincidentally. We first had the dish years ago at an Asian restaurant.

I Googled Thai sweet pepper chili sauce... whatever it was called... and the pics I'm coming up with look much redder and a lot seedier.
Of course the seeds could be strained... but for street food? Maybe.
But I am now wondering if it's a "house blend" of chili sauce and honey? And that's what gives it that reddish honey look.

Anyway, I'm going to pick up a bottle next time I'm in the store and give it a go.
I'll probably skip the (most likely) yellow mustard though. I can not get into putting mustard on an egg sandwich. Or anything I'd eat for breakfast.

I CAN’T put yellow mustard on anything. Yuck

Kimchi base has no seeds.
