Well - I've made layered (UK style, so like crêpes) pancakes back in the day... I think maybe the late 70's! I didn't think of that as lasagne but I suppose it is similar. Thanks for reminding me about it and also the joy of stuffed pancakes.

These almost got away from me:

The problem was, I made a half-batch, but my pan was a little smaller than half the size of the pan I’d normally use, so those rose a bit too much out of the pan, and I nearly overbaked them.

I posted three pics, though, to show that it all worked out in the end. They were quite nice.
