I made a typical Dutch treat called Boterkoek, which is like shortbread but a lot sweeter and creamier. I added orange zest to the dough too.

I love brownies with pecans. I make my chocolate chip cookies with chopped pecans in them.

It's popular here. My mom used to make it around this time every year, and my sister still makes it.
