What are you baking today (2025)?

Thank you. They're really good in that was mostly dinner... Had to go buy more flour earlier so I can make another batch tomorrow.

Are you going to make extra dough and freeze it? I have some of the Amish pretzel dough (pretzel bites) frozen that I had forgotten about. I think I will bake those up later and make a mustard cheese sauce to go with them.

I've never frozen dough. These don't have the rise times like bread does so I think they're fairly quick to make.

I just decided to make a bunch so that I didn't have to fool around with messing up the kitchen more than once.

No, but I bookmarked it today and will give it a go after this current batch I'm working on. I'm going with an overnight bulk ferment for flavor this time. (That spells don't do it all in one day... )
