Getting ready to make a pumpernickel bread dough to bake in the morning.
I rarely make the crumb base for my cheesecake. I just butter the pan and dust with crumbs (mixed with cinnamon), and sometimes a very small amount of sugar.I made a raspberry cheesecake without the cookie base because that’s lower in calories and I am not that fond of the cookie base anyway. And my birthday is on thursday so it's prep time
