What are you baking today (2025)?

1st rise is going.

I was thinking for awhile now that my KA wasn't adjusted properly but just did the dime test and it's fine. Must just be humid in my house at times.

I made a raspberry cheesecake without the cookie base because that’s lower in calories and I am not that fond of the cookie base anyway. And my birthday is on thursday so it's prep time ☺️

I rarely make the crumb base for my cheesecake. I just butter the pan and dust with crumbs (mixed with cinnamon), and sometimes a very small amount of sugar.

I'm in the process of making 2 half-sized Triple Chocolate Bundt Cakes... thinking ahead for Tuesday's Bingo Night.
When these beauties have cooled completely, I'm going to freeze them til Monday and then come Tuesday, I'll embellish them with a lovely Ganache, sprinkled with chopped Pecans and Coconut Flakes... like this ...

This is a stinkin' good cake, and I don't even care for chocolate much :meh:
