did you soak the sunflower seeds before baking? it makes them a bit softwre and easier to cut through, rather than tearing out with the breadknife

I saw this the other day on You Tube/Food Wishes with Chef John and knew I needed to make this! Amish Apple Fritter Bread.
Yours came out WAY better than mine did!
Very moist cake, fell in the middle, but all in all tasty.
I didn't make adjustments for the elevation here!
