Vegan Ghormeh Sabzi with Baked Persian Saffron Rice and roasted/airfryed sweet chestnuts. We only ate half of them. The rest will be eaten tomorrow or peeled and frozen.

I'm not a fan of the bacon wrapped quite honestly. I just like them pan seared with salt, pepper, and butter. We don't eat until around 10 so I'll upload photos later (hopefully).
