What did you cook or eat today (April 2026)?

I made a pot of bolognese with steak, lamb, and Italian sausage in my slow cooker overnight.

I'm making my hub some ravioli with that, but I'm having a pulled pork taco. Neither of us have been feeling well due to the high pollen and constant barometric pressure changes.

Hopefully I can finally make those lamb shanks tomorrow night.

I've been having same issues. All the allergy meds EVEN the non-drowsy one knock me out. So I can only take them at night. The barometric pressure changes drive my arthritis crazy.
 
We were supposed to have Rana brand butternut squash ravioli with a brown butter-sage sauce for dinner last night, but I discovered there was only 1 bag of it in freezer, when I thought there were 2. So, since that wouldn't be enough for Craig, I swiveled to the 2 bags of Rana lobster ravioli I found. Given I didn't think the original sauce would be a good match, decided on a white wine-lemon butter sauce. I usually use a roasted red bell pepper sauce, but no red bells in refrigerator or freezer. It was pretty good, but white on white, so not a good picture.
