We were supposed to have Rana brand butternut squash ravioli with a brown butter-sage sauce for dinner last night, but I discovered there was only 1 bag of it in freezer, when I thought there were 2. So, since that wouldn't be enough for Craig, I swiveled to the 2 bags of Rana lobster ravioli I found. Given I didn't think the original sauce would be a good match, decided on a white wine-lemon butter sauce. I usually use a roasted red bell pepper sauce, but no red bells in refrigerator or freezer. It was pretty good, but white on white, so not a good picture.
