Kielbasa with saurkraut, I did this a bit differently this time. I browned the sausage, added some thinly sliced Vidalia onions, some sliced apple, garlic, and deglazed with some beer, added some caraway and fennel, rounded it off with a pinch of brown sugar, a touch of mustard, and a knob of butter, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Very delicious.
